MUAY THAI
Thai Boxing utilizes the practitioner’s natural weapons, knees, elbows, kicks and punches. Care is taken to teach students proper form and body mechanics to eliminate injuries while training and gain maximum effectiveness. The class places an emphasis on the physical conditioning and cardiovascular benefits of Thai Boxing.

The devastating art of Muay Thai was developed in Thailand. Thai Boxing has gained popularity and recognition in the United States thanks to the dedication and perseverance of Ajarn Surachai “Chai” Sirisute, President and founder of the World Thai Boxing Association (WTBA) of the USA.

At ICS Academy, we are proud to be a representative of the WTBA and to have the privilege to teach our student the WTBA's curriculum. Our mission is to preserve the tradition of Muay Thai as set forth by Ajarn Chai.
